The Best of Enemies by Mark St. Germain was brilliant, I thought this was an adaptation of that. Unfortunately this doesn't look very good.

This movie looks like it will be great! But I personally would like to have more movies that portray black woman not as angry all the time but portray them as women who use there minds and have control of their emotions! Because THEY DO!

tanya copeland (3 months ago)
If white people still had it their way we would still be segratated. Whites and blacks would not be friends and interracial dating would still be illgeal and they would still hang black people from trees and laugh about it. Thank goodness for woman like mrs. atwater who got in peoples faces even though it could have cost her, her life and many others like her

These black oppression movies are getting old. Make some movies about slaves in China or North Korea. That's some real oppression right there.

No! No! Not another a southern K.K.K "v" Us." movie. They wanted to really wanted to do an excellent movie about northern racism, and the segregation of public schools. Boston School Busing in 1976. It became the war between the Cities, and force black and white children to entered neighborhoods to be abused.
Ben DeGorro (3 months ago)
Black oppressed, funky soul music and a white men come to assist the black cause. I'm so tired with this "based on true story" black oppressed movies. The black always on right side and they always win in the end. There's no plot twist in this kind of movie. In reality, there always action reaction. I prefer Christian Bale's Hostile, where both party are to be blamed as they keep fueling the hatred.
Genovonni Blakley (3 months ago)
Who said we won?
Ben DeGorro (3 months ago)
Most of this movie rarely have interesting story, I know it's happened, but when adapted to a movie, still need to pick the unique one. If it from zero to 100 then happy ending ... come on, no plot twist, boring. I mean like 12 years a slave, when he was abducted into slavery, but then everything goes better with his owner (Benedict Cumberbatch). Plot twist, he forced sold to new owner (M. Fassbender) which are very opposite compared to his old owner, then Brad Pitt help him to send his letter, and he saved ... yet have to leave the young girl (lupita nyongo) after he promised to keep her save.
