Releasing in India: January 3rd 2014 Twentieth Century Fox are delighted to announce the theatrical release of THE SECRET LIFE OF WALTER MITTY. Directed by Ben Stiller, starring Ben Stiller, Kristen Wiig, Shirley MacLaine, Adam Scott, Kathryn Hahn and Sean Penn. Subscribe to FoxStarIndia YouTube channel Here: http://goo.gl/Y8HGhY Click here to Share this video on Facebook - http://goo.gl/yVSoG4 Click here Tweet this video - http://goo.gl/sn2ZUs In his secret life, Walter Mitty (Ben Stiller) dreams big...really, really big. There's no challenge beyond his grasp, be it climbing a massive glacier or rescuing a senior citizen from an exploding building. When he's not daydreaming, the not-so-secret life of Walter Mitty is the opposite of his heroic alter-ego's; he's just an everyday guy facing imminent career downsizing, who's too timid to ask out his pretty co-worker (Kristen Wiig). But when Walter faces his ultimate real-world test, he springs into action on a global adventure exceeding anything even he could have dreamed of. Screen Story and Screenplay by Steve Conrad, produced by Samuel Goldwyn, Jr., John Goldwyn, Stuart Cornfeld, Ben Stiller. Presented by Fox Star India Studios India. OK so who noticed the coincidence of the explosion scene where he saved the dog from the 125 th st corner building gas leak & its similarity to the actual gas explosion that took place on 116 th st & park killing 8 people under the L line as well occurring in Harlem a year after this movie hit theaters ?

Sadly this movie was overshadowed by others like Frozen. I'd MUCH rather watch this than Frozen. This has a message we all learn. Some sadly learn a bit late... But it teaches the first step to a wonderful life is to Step Out. Step out of the norm, do things different. Take risks, take chances (calculated ones though) and know life is filled with wonder and excitement. We just need to find a way to experience it

Great movie....great soundtrack!

I put this movie on as background while I filed my taxes and the beginning didn't "pull me in". I didn't like his daydreams and then I tuned the movie out as background noise. Now I'm reading the comments and wondering if i should sit down and give it another try.
Mindy Auron (1 year ago)
SASSY20 give it one more go but with your full attention. But don't watch it seeing through your eyes. Watch it seeing with your heart
Swami (1 year ago)
It shows instead of dreaming you can experience it for yourself if you keep on going with dreams and never hold back it also tells you that anything is possible and to do out of the ordinary

Very realistic take on life's adventure and what awaits you an amazing film and great plot. 10/10

+Jacko Ho it's just inspiring, you know? he works a boring 9-5 job and suddenly he's traveling the world and makes his dreams come true spontaneously. from someone who used to be extremely suicidal, these movies help me realize you never know what's going to happen in life and to not miss out on the experiences that have yet to come.

ARCADE FILM CLUB (2 years ago)
I remember the trailer brought alot of hype for it but when the movie came out it just wasn't talked about. No one said it sucked but no one said it was great either after watching this trailer it seems like it has potential. Either way I know the studios were not happy with the outcome because Ben was forced to do a sequel to zoolander that bombed.
Oliver Riches (2 years ago)
Can't stop watching this film. Soundtrack is amazing, the shots. Makes you think about life and wanting you to live it full and also makes you want to go to Iceland 😃

So i'm a real daydreamer especially in class. So one day my english teacher told me that i'm like walter mitty. And i was just like "who???" And then he told me about that movie and all i can say is thanks mr. Green i absolutely loved it!!
Amanda Rupp (2 years ago)
I remember the first time I saw this film feeling so... relieved. I had never been able to relate to a character so much before watching this, I felt like I was Walter Mitty, and could see my life and my thoughts throughout the movie. We spend our whole lives existing based on what others tells us is right or good, and so often we forget about what we want to do as well. I used my thoughts and day dreaming to escape from this, and when I saw this, I realized that maybe one day I can do something greater, if I just go for it.
Ishmeet Bindra (2 years ago)
movie seriously gives great message that our life isn't just living and working in 4 walls it means a lot more one just have to look it with right eye i wish you luck for what you are planning ahead
Harry Gallagher (2 years ago)
Unbelievable perfection and beautiful cinematography. Unlike anything ever created before. Stop watching the trailers and deciding if you should watch it or not, just do it.
manz (2 years ago)
+Harry Gallagher I don't think it is a perfect movie, the commercial stuff in any movie isn't that great, but hey, that's why americans watch superbowl, so it doesn't make actually lot of sense complaining about that much. The movie is really damn good tho. First Ben Stiller movie I honestly loved. Really damn underrated.

MaverickLuV345 (3 years ago)
I honestly thought the movie would be really corny and predictable, but I was so surprised at how amazing this film is. The cinematography is beautiful, and it's so inspiring that I think everyone can take something away from it. Sometimes we get so caught up in the social constructs of our lives, that we forget how to live and we merely exist; just by going out of your comfort zone, experiencing new things and meeting new people can show you how much more of the world is out there and worth living. At the end of the day, you have control over what you want to do in life, and if you want to live it a certain way that makes you happy, do it and fuck the rest.

how nagative 25 picture can be as walter mitty which he sitting and at the sametimes looking at a missing photograph?? i cant understand this story actually. sean o connel give the picture to walter  before the scene where walter sitting by looking at a missing picture.. somebody please.. a little bit confusing
this movie is not logic . why is it the final page negative 25 can be? i cant understand this story actually.. sean o connel give the negative 25 photograph before walter sitting and look at a missing photograph. so, why it is negative 25 can be a picture of walter mitty where sitting at the sametimes he was looking at the missing picture.. could somebody explain to me. please.
animeshizune98 (3 years ago)
+nxxi the picture could be taken some time ago, walter could be just sitting there looking at some other old negatives
nxxi (3 years ago)
+Ma0oRii I need help, I really like the movie, but I can't understand the end.  If the picture #25 was of Walter and he has never meet the sean in person, how was that picture of walter looking at the negative taken ?  Please don't be too harsh on me if this is a stupid question.
Ma0oRii (3 years ago)
If you watch closely you can see that there are no missing pictures. Walter was just looking at some random pictures from his work, he has worked at Life Magazine for 16 years so he surely had a lot of negatives to look at.
